Flexible finance, arranged early
Spread the cost with finance solutions from Fox Finance. Arrange along beside your design not as and afterthought once quotes come in.
Design-Led. Wellness Focused.
Wellness doesn’t happen by accident - it’s designed in.
The way light moves through as space, how you flow from inside out, what’s underfoot.
These are the design decisions before they are wellness outcomes. That is why we lead with design.
It is the mechanism, not the decoration.
Our approach & the human factor
No fancy office. No flashy in-house coffee left untouched, undrinkable.
We lean on purpose where every dollar you spend with us goes towards the design and the experience, not a studio built to impress, we value your hard earned money & nothing would please us more than to buy you a GREAT coffee.
Our dedicated team are the human factor & we will let results speak for themselves.

Some frequently asked questions

A free, no-obligation discovery call. We talk through your space & vision, what you want from it, and whether we're the right fit - no pressure either way.
-
No. Once the design is finished, you choose from construction partners we've vetted over two decades. We stay involved through to completion, but you're never locked into a single bundled design-and-build package.
-
Most design-build studios bundle you into their in-house construction team from day one. We do the opposite - we focus on getting the design right, then give you the choice of trusted, vetted builders, plus finance options, rather than a single locked-in package.
-
We've partnered with Fox Finance to offer a dedicated finance option covering design, construction, or more, arranged alongside your project, not as an afterthought once quotes come in. You may require it as a part of a financial plan, it’s up to you.
-
It depends on the size and complexity of your project and what you're after, so we don't quote a flat number up front but we do have generalised packages as a starting guide. On your free discovery call, we'll give you a indication of design fees for your specific project - no obligation.
-
Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast & Northern NSW - that's where our design and contractor networks are strongest however, we have national & international capacity.
-
We're at our best when we're involved from concept stage, working alongside your architect & our team of industry specialists rather than being handed a finished set of plans or requirements. It means the landscape and the build are considered together from the start. We also support D.A. submissions.
-
As much or as little as suits you. Some clients want to be across every decision; others just want it handled. We shape our process around your schedule and how hands-on you want to be.
“It’s never about the size of the project, the budget or the accolades. None of that matters, its the people, their story & we are just the narrator of a better chapter.”
