What we need from you
A few things that help us get started well.
Existing or proposed house plans - if you don't have these, we'll factor taking exterior dimensions into our fee proposal.
A recent site survey - if you don't have one, we'll include a topographical survey in our proposal. Essential for levels, setbacks, boundaries, services and drainage.
Any restrictions on the property - easements, developer guidelines, or general council restrictions.
The style of outdoor space you're after, plus any inspirational images.
Your build budget - what you're looking to invest to create your ideal outdoor wellness space. We'll help you review this and talk through feasibility.
Your enthusiasm - you're our teammate in this.

Onsite consultation to assess your property and refine your brief. Standard Price $300+GST & duration 1 Hour.
Review of relevant project examples to align direction and expectations.
A tailored return project brief outlining your vision, priorities and desired outcome.
Comprehensive fee proposal and engagement agreement for your approval.
Project scheduled for a prompt start date.
Stage 02 - Discovery & Concept Development
Discovery & Concept Development
Site survey (if required) and review of existing site and architectural information.
Preparation of an existing site plan to inform decisions.
Iterative hand-sketched concepts to explore layout, form and spatial experience.
Early engagement with select suppliers to align materials and finishes.
Collaborative review session to refine and confirm the design direction.
Stage 03 - Project Masterplan
Locks in the vision.
Full CAD drafting of the design from the Stage 2 review.
Area-by-area planning documentation explaining the what, where and how in detail.
The horticultural "plants" design and selection process begins.
Collaborative review session to sign off on the Masterplan.
Stage 04 - The Construction Drawings
Horticultural design drawings and specifications.
Landscape set-out plans, dimensions and detail.
Levels plan.
Landscape detail drawings.
Elevations of important landscape elements.
Landscape lighting plan.
Finishes and material schedule, including specifications.
Final drawing review meeting.
Stage 05 - Lets Get It Built!
Contractor selection and quoting — we align you with our vetted landscape contractors and specialists, so you have choice and peace of mind, and we help you assess and understand the quotes.
We go over the design in depth with your chosen contractor to ensure a smooth start to construction.
We assist the approvals process, working closely with specialists such as engineers, certifiers and town planners where required.
We stay available throughout the build to support you and make sure construction meets the vision.
